Security
One Radiant, Inc., doing business as RadiantOps Last updated: September 16, 2026
Compliance
RadiantOps maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. Our report is available to customers and prospects under NDA — request it at security@radiantops.com.
Infrastructure
Our website and services run on managed cloud infrastructure. All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest.
Access
We follow the principle of least privilege: team members have access only to the systems and data their work requires. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication. SSO/SAML is available for customer accounts.
Data handling
We collect only the information we need (see our Privacy Policy) and retain it only as long as necessary. We use established vendors for processing — hosting, analytics, scheduling, and email — and a current list of subprocessors is available on request. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to customers on request.
Incident response
If a security incident affects customer data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay after we confirm it, with what we know and what we are doing about it.
Product security
Security practices for the RadiantOps product itself — including how customer data is isolated, processed, and retained — are documented for customers as part of our product agreements. If you are evaluating RadiantOps and have security questions, ask us during your demo or write to security@radiantops.com.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our website or products, we want to hear from you: security@radiantops.com. We commit to acknowledging reports within 2 business days. We ask that you give us reasonable time to address an issue before public disclosure, and we will not pursue action against good-faith research.
