Privacy Policy

One Radiant, Inc., doing business as RadiantOps ("RadiantOps," "we," "us") 813 Main Ave, Ste 203, Durango, CO 81301, USA Effective date: September 16, 2026

This policy describes what information we collect when you visit radiantops.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter, book a demo, or contact us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, and company.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site. This includes standard analytics data such as pages visited, referring site, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

Advertising and identification technologies. We use advertising pixels (including from LinkedIn and Meta) to measure our marketing and to show ads to people who have visited our site. We also work with data partners who may identify business visitors to our site, as described below.

Demo calls. Demos and sales calls may be recorded and transcribed, including with AI-assisted tools, so we can focus on the conversation and follow up accurately. We tell you when recording is on, and you can ask us not to record.

Visitor identification and required disclosures

In plain terms: a data partner may recognize a business visitor to our site and provide us a work email address, and we may use it to reach out. The links below let you stop both. Our vendor requires the following disclosure, reproduced verbatim:

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

How we use information

  • To operate and improve our website
  • To send you the newsletter or other communications you asked for
  • To schedule, conduct, and follow up on demos you request
  • To understand our audience and measure our marketing
  • To reach out to businesses that appear interested in what we build

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the advertising technologies above may involve "sharing" personal information with ad platforms as California law defines that term; you can opt out of this by using the opt-out links above, the ad-platform controls below, or by emailing privacy@radiantops.com.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business: website hosting and analytics providers, advertising platforms (such as LinkedIn and Meta), scheduling and meeting tools, email and newsletter services, and the data partners described above. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and your choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most advertising platforms offer their own opt-outs (LinkedIn and Meta ad preferences, respectively). Opt-outs specific to visitor identification are linked in the section above. Our newsletter includes an unsubscribe link in every email, and unsubscribing is immediate.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your rights

Wherever you are located, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at privacy@radiantops.com and we will respond within 30 days. We honor these requests regardless of geography, which covers rights you may hold under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For GDPR purposes, One Radiant, Inc. at the address above is the data controller.

Children

Our site is for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle information already collected will be communicated to newsletter subscribers by email.
